Shipping Policy

Enjoy tracked fast shipping all over Egypt via Bosta & Aramex.

Please Note:
• Next-day shipping is only available in Cairo; orders should be placed before 2 PM.
• Orders to Giza, Alex, or any other Governorate will be delivered within 1 - 4 working days.
• Please take the time to try on the item(s) while the courier waits to avoid additional fees.
• You may try on an item while the courier waits; however, you can only accept the whole package or return the whole package. It is not allowed to take only some items of the order.

• Any order that gets opened but not received will have shipping fees of 75 EGP.
• If you’d like to try on several items yourself, you can find us at Go Native. (District 5, CFC, Mall of Arabia, Marina Marassi)
• The courier attempts to deliver your package 2 times only, after which your order gets cancelled.
• In the case of an exchange or return, if the courier fails 2 times to pick up the order, then the request will be cancelled.

Same-Day Orders
• Orders must be in Cairo or Giza.
• Some areas might be outside the delivery zone.
• Order needs to be placed and paid for before 2 PM. ( Friday excluded )
• You won’t be able to check or try the item with same-day delivery.

Exchange Policy

Please note: 
• Exchange requests will only be accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include the original tags and packaging.
• Items can only be exchanged once.
• Exchanged items are not eligible for refunds.
• Shipping fees apply to all exchange requests.
• All exchanges and returns must be processed through the original place of purchase.
•If you ordered from the website, please fill out the exchange/return form.
• If you bought from Go Native, exchanges and returns will be handled directly at Go Native.

Return Policy

Please note:
• We recommend opening and trying on the item(s) while the courier waits to avoid the need for returns.
• Return requests will only be accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Shipping fees apply to returns.
• Item(s) purchased on promotion, sale, or using a coupon are not eligible for returns.
• Approved return items will be refunded within 10 days.
• Refunds will be processed via Cash.
• Return shipping fees will be deducted from the item’s refund amount (you will receive the item’s price minus the return shipping cost).
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include the original tags and packaging.
