Shipping Policy

Please Note:

  • Next day shipping is only available in Cairo, order should be placed before 4 PM.
  • Orders To Giza, Alex or any other Governate will be delivered within 1 - 4 working days.
  • Please take the time to try on the item(s) while the courier waits to avoid additional fees.
  • You may try on an item while the courier waits, however you can only accept the whole package or return the whole package, it is not allowed to take only some items of the order.
  • The courier attempts to deliver your package 2 times only, after which your order gets cancelled.
  • In the case of an exchange or return, if the courier fails 2 times to pick up the order, then the request will be terminated.
  • For same day delivery, please make sure your order is placed before 4pm ( excluding Fridays ), Otherwise, your order will be automatically shipped normally. Zones accepted are New Cairo, Sheraton, Heliopolis, Nasr City, and Mokattam.

Exchange Policy

Please note: 

  • Exchange requests will only be accepted 48 hours from receiving your order.
  • Item(s) can only be exchanged to a different size or color.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags & packaging.
  • Item(s) can only be exchanged once.
  • Exchanged items are not applicable for refunds.
  • Shipping fees apply to any exchange request.

Return Policy

Please note:

  • We reccommend opening & trying on the item(s) while the courier waits to avoid Returns.
  • Return requests will only be accepted 48 hours from receiving your order.
  • Shipping fees apply to returns.
  • To waiver return fee you may send back the items to one of our physical addresses yourself.
  • Item(s) bought on promotions, sale or with a coupon are not eligible for Returns. 
  • Item(s) submitted & approved for returns will be refunded within 10 day(s). 
  • Item(s) approved for refunds will be processed via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash ONLY.
  • Only Item(s) value will be refunded, shipping fees are not subject to refunds.
  • Items(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered & with original tags & packaging.
